		<description>To disable -- From your phone dial pad, dial the following for you respective carrier:

Verizon - Dial *73 then press send, you should hear 2 beeps and then your phone will hangup.  This means it was completed successfully.  If this does not work in your area you can also try *920 followed by send. 

Sprint - Contact Sprint support

AT&amp;T/Cingular and T-Mobile - dial ##004# then hit send, you should see a confirmation message letting you know that conditional call forwarding has been disabled.</description>
